There's lots of excitement over the upcoming release of Benefit Cosmetic's
new brow range, and thanks to July's edition of ELLE Magazine, lots of lucky
ladies, including myself, have been able to try out one of the new products
before the release date.
The product in question is called 'Goof Proof' and is a Brow Pencil which is
designed to eradicate 'dull patchy brows' and makes looking after your brows
easy.
The pencil has a tip in which you can define the brow, and then the flat
side of the pencil is for filling the brows in, super easy! When I have been
using the pencil I've only really been using the edge of the pencil just to
define my brows as that's only really what I need, however I have to admit that
I am very impressed with the product and the results that have come from using
this product. My brows look so natural after applying the pencil in a few
strokes.
It's said that the brow pencil lasts 12 hours and is waterproof, I can't say
if this is definitely the case as unfortunately I haven't worn it for more than
12 hours or got wet! But when I have worn it, the product has lasted well on my
brows.
The pencil I received in ELLE Magazine is a sample, however the full sized
version comes with a built in spoolie at the end of the pencil for combing your
brows before you apply the pencil. The pencil also comes in six different
shades so should suit everybody. Unfortunately the shade that I received with
the magazine was slightly too dark for me, but is still wearable, and is in no
way off putting.
'Goof Proof' is priced at £18.50, and is due to be released as one of 13 new and current products
in Benefit's brow range on the 24th June, I can't wait!
Let me know your thoughts!

Graze Snack Box Review
Lately I have been seeing lots about Graze snack boxes, and thought I would
give them a go myself.
Basically, Graze is a subscription service which will send you four snacks in a post box friendly size box either weekly or fortnightly.
What I find great about Graze, is the variety and the freedom of choice in what snacks you receive in your boxes. When you first sign up to Graze, you have the choice of three different box types- Variety, Light, or Protein. I chose the Variety box.
I've only tried two snacks of which I received so far, Cherries and Berries and the Honeycomb Flapjack-both were very yummy!
Once you have selected what type of box you would like to receive, you then get given a huge list of over 100 snacks in which you can decide whether you want to 'bin, love, try, or like'. If there are snacks in the list you're not so keen on, or if there's something totally up your street, you can decide what makes an appearance in your boxes, it's completely your choice. Of course what you receive in each box out of the list is a surprise, unless you really want to know before your box arrives, then you can log into your account and find out.
My first box was half price, and then after that has gone to the full price; however, I think its good value for money for what you receive. What's also great is the fact that if you're going away, you can snooze boxes until when you need them again- and you'll only pay for the boxes you receive.
Let me know if you've tried Graze, and what your thoughts are?

The AM & PM Routine Tag
I love a good blog tag, so thank you to Sally at www.themakeupdirectory.co.uk for posting The AM & PM Tag on your blog- it totally inspired me to have a go at answering the questions, so here they are!
AM
What is
your morning beauty routine?
If I'm
being entirely honest, I don't really have much a morning beauty routine. I may
use a Simple face wipe just to freshen my face up in the morning and
occasionally use some moisturiser before applying my makeup, but that's about
it.
What's
for breakfast?
I like to
have Weetabix for breakfast in the morning during the weekdays, but at the
weekend when I have a bit more time I'll have whatever takes my fancy!
Coffee or Tea?
I'm a tea
person mainly, but I am partial to a mid afternoon Cappuccino.
How long
does it take you to get out the door?
I tend to
get up at least a couple of hours before I have to leave the house. This gives
me enough time to get up, have something to eat and drink and wake myself up
for the day before I need to get ready. I always give myself 40 minutes to get
freshened up, changed and do my makeup before I go out.
What is your go to makeup look on a fuss-free morning?
I start
by using foundation to even out my face, and then conceal any blemishes I have.
Once this is done, I apply some loose powder onto my face to hold my base, and
then use brow mascara to make my brows look tidy without having to fill them
in. For my eyes, I just apply liquid eyeliner on my top lid for a wing effect
and then curl my lashes and apply mascara. That's it!
PM
What is
your evening beauty routine?
As soon
as I come home in the evening, and I'm in my comfy clothes, I begin by using
micellar water to take my makeup off. I then wash my face using a hot cloth
cleanser (either Liz Earle or Soap and Glory-they're both amazing!) once my
face is clean I use a toner, and then I use the Kiehls Midnight Recovery
Concentrate and then moisturise my face with the Nivea Soft Cream.
Snack
time! What's in the bowl?
This can
vary from day to day. A lot of the time I don't really snack in the evenings,
but mostly if I do it'll tend to be a biscuit of some sort.
How do you wind down and prep for bed?
I watch
YouTube videos before I go and get ready for bed. Any that are in my
subscription box that I haven't caught up on, I use the time before bed to
watch them.
Cosy Up!
What are you wearing to sleep?
At the
moment I prefer to wear quite loose fitting short pyjamas so I don't get too
warm in bed. In the winter I'll wear longer pyjamas to keep warm.
What are some things you must do before hitting the hay?
I'll sit
in bed and look through my phone whilst drinking a mug of hot chocolate, and
just before I go to sleep- if I need to set an alarm in the morning I'll make
sure that the alarm is set for the time I need to get up in the morning.
I hope you found my answers to this tag interesting,
let me know if you complete this tag- I'd love to see your answers to these
questions!
