Lush Sex Bomb Review

"When you’ve got that feeling - tired, stressed out and anxious - you need some sensual healing. The fragrant blend of jasmine, ylang ylang and clary sage will soon have you relaxed and feeling in the mood... Jasmine is an ancient aphrodisiac, used as a sensual perfume in India for centuries and in aromatherapy to ease stress and anxiety. Clary sage clears the mind, while ylang ylang is renowned for soothing worries."

My first impression was how fresh this bath bomb smelled which I did find very relaxing. I don't think I could honestly describe what I could smell in it as what is described, but compared to other Lush bath bombs it doesn't smell too overpowering.

This is a very pretty looking bath bomb, particularly before you even put in the bath; it's a two tone shade going from purple to pink, with a lovely looking Rose petal on top. When placed in the bath, it fizzes up and turns the bath into a sea of pink water which is just beautiful! While this bath bomb is dissolving, the rose petals that are on top, which are made from Rice Paper, are meant to come alive and float on the surface of the water. I didn't really have a great experience with my Rose petals unfortunately and they went really soggy which was slightly unpleasant, if that hadn't of happened, I would have really enjoyed seeing the Rose petals floating around in the water, but I just really didn't like the feel of them when they were really soggy.

Aside from the petal incident, I really enjoyed using this bath bomb, and I would definitely purchase this bath bomb again. The smell really reminds me of a true Lush bath bomb, and the colour that the water turned once the bath bomb was placed in the bath was truly magical.

Lush have this bath bomb on sale for the price of £3.50 each. I think this is a really good price for such a beautiful bath bomb, and I would recommend you try it if you haven't already!
